Enhanced Safety Measures

Thank you for entrusting your care to us! "Tattoos under Anesthesia" brings you a team of some of the top American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) Board Certified Anesthesiologists that Las Vegas has to offer. To ensure the best care and a seamless "Tattoo under Anesthesia" experience, we have established a specialized protocol. First, you'll receive an electronic health screening questionnaire to fill out and return. Next, a Pre-Anesthesia consultation will be scheduled with the physician who will be caring for you on your day, which can be done over Zoom or FaceTime. During this consultation, your past medical history will be discussed, ensuring strict confidentiality following HIPAA policy. You'll be guided through the process of the day and can address any questions or concerns you may have. Your physician will determine if you're ready for anesthesia or recommend seeing your primary care physician for any health issues beforehand. Due to the duration of anesthesia, basic blood work and an EKG will be required for reference.

During your procedure, you'll be placed under "general anesthesia," treated with the same caution as a full surgical procedure. Standard ASA monitors will be applied in the operating room, and an oxygen mask will be used to ensure adequate oxygen levels in your lungs and blood before administering IV medication to put you to sleep. A breathing device will deliver oxygen and anesthetic to keep you comfortably asleep throughout your tattoo experience while diligently monitoring all vital signs.

Upon awakening, our dedicated nursing staff will care for you in the recovery room until you are fully awake and alert enough to go home. Your well-being is our top priority!
